Blog Focus: Tanking - primarily from the perspective of a warrior, but hopefully a bit of paladin and death knight at some point here (i.e. once I get them to 80). There might occasionally be a post from a healing perspective (if I get tricked into going Holy again) or an attempt at humor, but mostly tanking stuff.

Other Information: I may not be a bleeding-edge raiding tank, but hopefully I can provide some useful advice (or at least a laugh or two) to my fellow punching bags.

Just an FYI, but there's already a blog called Will Tank for Healz by a tanking warrior. The name isn't exactly the same, but probably close enough to cause some confusion, especially given that you're both prot warriors.

Hmm, didn't know that. Just thought of a name and didn't find any hits on Google for it. I suppose if there ends up being a problem, I can figure out another title. Thanks for the heads up.

Yeah, I'd definitely change your blog name. Dez has been blogging since May 2008 and it's going to be kinda confusing to have two blogs out there with essentially the same name.

Other than that, your blog looks well written (though I can't tell because of the non-stab-stab-stab talk) and I'm sure you can continue your enthusiasm under a new title.

Changing the name's fine; I'm not attached to the name or anything. Coming up with another name was a little difficult (I look at the novels all of my posts have turned into, but a simple phrase confounds me...), but I think I've got something:

Dragon Chew-Toy

It's not perfect, but it's sorta catchy and honestly it describes the job: my teammates stab the angry dragon in the shins while I get to find out firsthand whether he's been brushing his teeth or not. I might just have dragon on the brain from going to Obsidian Sanctum last night though, so my opinion of the name may be a little off.
