Well then, here goes.

Hello,

My nickname is Arphalas and I am the writer of a Blog called The Dark Order. I am a newbie in the Blog business but I am always fascinated by the things people come up with and figured, meh, might as well give it a shot myself! I know I have stated a lot of different topics in the above section but I'd like to keep an open mind about such things.

I myself play a Worgen (freshly race changed) Death Knight Tank and currently I am residing in a Guild which is struggling to get itself off the ground during the start of Cataclysm. The problems we encounter as we get used to level 85 and the achievements we pull off as a new Guild is inspiration enough for me to write on and if people learn from it or are helped by the very fact that people are struggling as well then my job is pretty much done isn't it?

Personally I am an easy going guy and a plain old classy geek (Those who saw Chris Metzen's opening on BlizzCon 2010 will know what I mean ) and work at a retailer as the 'IT-guy' and also help out with Content Managing an online webshop which also helps me learn to write texts for online purposes. I am also getting married next year and having a fiance trying to play WoW as well and seeing her working hard at killing that nasty level 14 Murloc with a staff as a Hunter is also a nice point of inspiration to just sit back and think about how it was for me when I started WoW.

Anyway, I hope to learn a lot here from everyone as I find out what makes a good Blog and how to keep people interested.

While I have never dabbled in reading fan fiction before, I read your piece and felt it was really well done. I guess I've been missing out on some great creativity, huh?

Thanks! I have been a writer for a long time, mostly short stuff though. I used to be in a fiction club where
we would actually practise writing, did miracles for my english grammar.

I plan to rework the old fiction I had and post a special each week. Hopefully it will attract more readers.

And it's good to be here, learned a lot just by reading a lot of the posts already in.
