Another week of great going-ons around the Azerothian Blog-o-sphere!

I personally had a load of fun leveling and writing my introductory post to druids: Druiding it Up: 1-10.

My favorite post: Note to self... from Kurn's Corner.

What reads were your favorite and what writing was your best this week Around Azeroth?

I struggle to single people out as a 'favourite' when I keep up on my reader (that's when I have to do my link love posts!) I did like Gypsy's response to 'Why do you blog?'

Hmm.. personally.. I had quite a lot of fun writing my Roleplay: Getting Started post actually. It took me a while to read and gather all of the links and I learnt a fair bit.

I think "When Your Raid Leader Says Everyone, This Means YOU" is my favorite post of those I wrote in the past week.

Restokin's "So You Want to Play on an RP Server" was my favorite blog post this week. As a non-RPer with interest in eventually trying it out, I really enjoyed reading it.

I finally managed to get over the strat hump and posted my putricide strat. That was the last boss my old guild worked on before we collapsed and writing that strat up was a completing a chapter in my wow life.

Ohhh, this week:

My favorite post was Zal's Raiding Standards.

I didn't do much worth bragging about but I was happy for the reason that I got to write Tarinae the Tankadin. Have I mentioned Congrats to Windsoar yet :)

I really liked Daraia's post on Raising Gamer Kids

Of my own, I enjoyed the discussions that ensued after my post on Dreamwalker

My favorite post of the week was Zal's TYMNK - Dalaran. For as much time as I've spent there, I didn't know most of those things. And they're fun little touches that break up some of the monotony I've been feeling ingame, lately. I now get my shoes (paws?) shined before every raid. :-)

My personal best post of the week was my Not So Much post. I'm usually somewhat scatter-brained and incoherent when writing longer posts. I go off on tangents a lot. This post, without me even trying, came together very smoothly and even had a mini-theme running all throughout. It reassured me that yes, sometimes I can actually write well. :)

For myself, I was quite happy with my 'To the Beat of the Drum: Haste n' Rhythm' post. I'm still finding my 'writing feet' after a break of 10 years from any active writing, so while it is not the best I am happy I managed to express my point about the 'player' factor in haste and playing the game.

As for my favourite posts from other blogs.

Sometimes you just can't beat a good flow chart

Borsked's article on Approaching ICC25 Hard Modes was a really good read, and gave some really good insight on the relative difficulties of these bosses.

Finally Lissanna's Generalists vs Specialists was a damn good read, and rang very true for me as a confirmed specialist (despite having a lot of alts, none of them come close to the devotion I give to my main.)
