Hello everyone, I am the developer and writer for
www.SpellDamage.com.
The site started off as just a neat little toy that I never intended to put online. Some friends convinced me to put it up, and once I did I started adding more and more.
The basic idea of the site is to let you pull your mage/warlock/priest character data from the WoWArmory, and the site will run calculations on your character's spells... based on the stats. It then allows you to change around the stats/talents/buffs/debuffs and recalculate... just sort of theorycraft for fun.
Recently I merged the dotnetblogengine.net with the site, and now I've begun writing deep, hopefully effective, guides for others to learn from.
