G'day and welcome to another Aussie blogger!

I realised that I had been to your blog before when I was searching for information about sending heirlooms cross faction and Google came up with your blog. Anyway I sat down and enjoyed reading it this time (instead of just skimming for info!). Enjoyed your introduction to tanking pieces - I remember my first time boss tanking - it was a huge buzz... particularly as like you I had a lot of trouble finding a guild that started raiding at a reasonable time (and I'm in Perth so I don't really have the timezone change option!).

Welcome again.

Thanks gameldar.

Taking on the tanking role for the first time can be pretty daunting, the first time nerves are real! Glad you could relate. Tanking is addictive it seems..

I struggle a bit with finding an 'older gamer' angle though, in order to differentiate my little blog from others.

The raid time/guild finding post was the first real try at it - it can be challenging if you have a family. I can see you have some similar issues, reading your WoW with interruptions post..

Ideas for finding that differentiating angle gratefully accepted!
