Hi everyone,

-----------------------------------------------------

Blog Name: WOWNOOB

Blog URL: http://wownoob.net

Blog Focus: I focus on helping new players or people who are thinking about getting started with WoW (how to get started, classes, builds, races, quests, pvp, items, factions, etc). But since it is also a personal blog, I´ll probably post some bits of my own experience in-game as well as some RL stuff.

Character Name: deadbyte

Character Server: Ysera (US)

Other Information: I live in São Paulo, Brazil. Hence my blog is written in Portuguese, at first I thought of going English but I think there are plenty of resources in EN already (and my English isn´t good enough for blogging lol). So why not focuse on a smaller niche? :) Anyway, my blog is very, VERY new but I do plan on adding content very often. Although (most of) you wont understand a word in Portuguese, I hope you like it. Should you need anything just send me a PM.

-----------------------------------------------------

Thanks!
db

I don't understand Portugese so I'm afraid I am unable to follow your blog, but I just wanted to say that I think your English is clearly good enough to maintain and English blog - in my humble opinion that is. Hell, I've seen native English speakers who've less a grasp of their language than this!

Agreed - your English is stronger than you're giving yourself credit for.

Regardless, you've got a very inviting design and seem to be laying out your information in a straight-forward manner. Keep up the good work!

I'd strongly reccomend you to dare to go English. I started out like you, blogging in my native language (Swedish). But it became rather lonely after a couple of months - there were hardly any other blogs around that I could interact with. Blogging is about networking. So please think about it twice. You're missing an amazing community.

When I finally switched I had to translate a couple of month's blogposts. That was rather hard work that you could spare yourself....

Thanks for the positive and encouraging replies. It definitelly makes me think about going English. We´ll see about that.
