If you're self hosted and tech savvy enough, back up your current installation and set it up in a sub domain. Make sure you've got your blog data on a separate database as well so that your blog and your prototype is independent of each other.
Run the 2.5 upgrade procedures on your prototype blog.
I just finished that, and it seemed find on my subdomain. Transferred it over to live, and the front end looks good. But my hands are tied on the admin back end.
As in, blank white screen with nothing but the words "Technorati Reactions".
That stuff showed up fine on my sub-blog.
12:35 AM Reuploaded admin files and folders, check.
12:47 AM Reuploaded entire 2.5 blog again, check
1:04 AM Able to navigate browser directly to plugins.php. Deactivated all plugins, reverted back to WP-Admin home, and still no interface. This rules out plugins
1:08 AM -FIXED- *sigh* Figures. Re-examined the wp-admin/index.php and it was 3.4 kb. Referenced it with the one on my desktop which is 6.0 kb. Hooray for cut off uploads.
