Do you want your comments to stand out from other people's comments on your blog? Sure! You're important.

This is why I love Highlight Author Comments. You provide the highlight color, font color, or bold, or whatever - it does the rest.

Now, it only applies to the text portion of your comment. It does not highlight the entire box (including gravatar etc).

At first, I was peeved about this. Hey, wouldn't it be nicer if it highlighted the ENTIRE comment box, right? With your author name, time posted, etc.

Well I tried the other author highlighting plugins and they DID highlight the entire box. They also failed to behave with threaded comments. They would highlight the whole damn thread. Anything posted beneath the author comment.

Needless to say, this is why you need to stick to Highlight Author Comments and avoid the others. Epic fail.

You add your snippet of code (mine is just background color) and you're in business. You could also choose to change the font color. Whatever floats your boat.
